Hello
My name is Sarah Pond and I will be providing convenient care services at the Health Department as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have worked at the Sumner County Health Department since 2013 as an RN and the Public Health Supervisor. I graduated from the University of Saint Mary's in Leavenworth, KS with a Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner in 2024. My family and I live in Sumner County and when I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family, attending my kids' activities, traveling and working outdoors.

Convenient Care Services:
Includes preventive care and screenings, testing an treatment for common illnesses, and non-emergent injury care.

Diagnostic Services:
Lab services, outpatient referrals for X-rays, ultrasounds and CT scans to help diagnose medical conditions.
