Hello

My name is Sarah Pond and I provide convenient/urgent care services at the Health Department as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  I have worked at the Sumner County Health Department since 2013 as an RN and the Public Health Supervisor.  I graduated from the University of Saint Mary's in Leavenworth, KS with a Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner in 2024.  My family and I live in Sumner County and when I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family, attending my kids' activities, traveling and working outdoors.
