 SERVICES we provide:

 

• Annual Pap and Pelvic Exams provided by Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner*

• Contraceptive Counseling and Supplies - Depo Provera Injection, Birth Control Pills, NuvaRing** and Condoms.

• HIV testing and counseling

• STD testing and  counseling

• Pregnancy testing and counseling

• Screening for anemia, high blood pressure, immunization status

 

*Fees can be based on sliding fee scale if family income falls below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level

 

** In order to take advantage of low-cost birth control methods provided by the Health Department clients must be enrolled in our Family Planning Program.
