Immunization Program

services that ensure immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases

We are a provider of The Vaccines For Children (VFC) program which is a federally funded program that provides vaccines at no cost to children who might not otherwise be vaccinated because of inability to pay. A child is eligible for the VFC Program if he or she is younger than 19 years of age and is one of the following:

  • Medicaid-eligible

  • Uninsured

  • Underinsured

  • American Indian or Alaska Native

 

Private Pay and Private Insurance vaccines for adults include:

  • COVID-19

  • Hepatitis B

  • Hepatitis A

  • Influenza

  • Prevnar 13

  • Pneumonia 23

  • Shingrix (50-64 years of age)

  • Td

  • Tdap

  • Twinrix
